My research uses predominantly quantitative methods to investigate relationships between empathy, cognition and the arts. I am also interested in dementia, psychopathy and creative processes.
-I am currently leading a cross-cultural research project comparing the effects of digital and non-digital forms of fiction-engagement across six languages as part of the EFPSA Junior Researcher Programme. -I am currently supervising projects examining the impact of colour in dress on attention and affect
-My PhD research examined the relationships between fiction and empathy with an emphasis on the tools used to measure both.
